Apulia is one of the most loved regions in Italy by the people around the world. Here you can find a crystal-clear sea, the history, the culture, the art and a lot of characteristic scents. This region is also really famous for the good food and in particular for one traditional course: the Orecchiette with Cime di Rapa (turnip greens). It's not that difficult to prepare this course and when you eat it you'll understand why it's is so famous!
